About Rahul Telang

Rahul Telang is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College. He received his Bachelors of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (India), and received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in 2002. He is on the editorial board of two leading journals and has served as the co-chair of the International Conference on Electronic Commerce (ICEC 2003), Conference on Information Systems and Technology (CIST 2006), and Workshop on Economics of Information Security (WEIS 2007). He has been a visiting professor at Indian School of Business.
